My journey into photography started when I was just a little girl. I enjoyed capturing moments and telling stories through images. With nothing more than my iPad, I spent countless hours taking photos and creating short films, experimenting with light, angles, and movement. Those early experiences planted the seed for what would later become my greatest passion. As I grew older, my parents recognized my love for photography and gifted me my very first camera. It became my constant companion. I carried it everywhere, learning its features inside and out, experimenting with different techniques, and falling deeper in love with the art of storytelling through a lens. I used that camera for years, and it became a vital part of my creative journey. By the time I got to college, I knew I wanted to pursue photography professionally, but I didn’t have a clear path forward. Financial constraints were a hurdle—cameras and equipment can be costly, and as a college student, I didn’t want to deplete my savings.
That’s when Shane, my boyfriend, stepped in with the most thoughtful gift I’ve ever received: a brand-new camera with a lens. It was his way of supporting my dream and believing in my potential. His generosity and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed to take the next step. I was so grateful, and I knew this was my chance to make my dream a reality.
With that camera, I took the leap and officially started my photography business by establishing an LLC. I began building my portfolio and taking on clients, and as my skills grew, so did my business. As time has passed, I’ve now invested more into my business and equipment to truly bring our service to its fullest potential. Today, my photography business is more than just a job; it’s a reflection of my journey, passion, and the incredible support I’ve had along the way. From those early days with an iPad to owning a business that specializes in branding, celebrations, and storytelling, I’m proud of how far this dream has come and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.
THE TEAM
My boyfriend, Shane Hartnett, is my second shooter for most of my sessions. If you're considering booking me as your photographer, it’s only fitting that you get to know a little about him too!
Shane is currently pursuing his passion for aviation and is working hard to earn his pilot’s license. Alongside his dreams of taking to the skies, he also lends a helping hand with my photography business whenever I need a second shooter. Shane has been incredibly supportive of my work from the very beginning, and he genuinely enjoys capturing those special moments that mean so much to my clients.
